Nen in this experience shows up as a badge, a lightning rule on the yoyos, a film chapter, and a showcase title. Those pieces do not form a technique tree. Unlocked Nen is a real badge with a blank description and 0 awards. Godspeed is a condition on the yoyo passes and the title of a 30 April 2023 film. Nen Abilities is a chapter in the long film at 16:56.
No full set of affinities, no trainer, and no level cap is named. The June 2026 trailer credits VocalVincent with races, lineages, the milestone system, and reputation. Those are progression topics sitting next to nen in that film, not a printed ability list. What you can act on is the badge, the yoyos, and the chapter time.
The tutorial that mentions becoming a Hunter is Tutorial Completed!, not Unlocked Nen. The two badges were created in different years and they do not share a description. Finishing the tutorial does not award Unlocked Nen.

The icon in the well is the shared December picture, the same one those two badges use. Nobody has been awarded Unlocked Nen yet. The word nen is still in the experience: the yoyo passes and the films use it even while this counter stays at zero. You will not see Unlocked Nen on a populated badge list until that counter moves. Unlocked Nen does not borrow the neighbor counts. A familiar shared icon is You Played or Tester, not proof that the nen badge is common. The tutorial that mentions a Hunter is a different badge, from 20 June 2026.
Godspeed on the yoyo passes

The yoyos gain lightning attributes once you have the Godspeed ability. The closed pass carries the same lightning rule. Godspeed is an ability you earn, not a pass you buy beside the yoyos. You cannot buy the closed id while it is off sale, so the lightning you can act on belongs to pass 162484248. DecayRbx published [Beyond Nen] Godspeed Showcase that spring. That film is the first in this set to tie place 6016716328 to the name WAVE-0-Beyond-Nen. The film shows Godspeed. The yoyos add lightning for players who already have that ability, on top of the skill meant to defeat anything in your way. Watching the film does not grant the ability. The same film points you at Discord invite beyondnen, and it credits Token and Jae beside the experience account. The sale pass says the dual yoyos come with massive skill meant to defeat anything in your way, then adds a note that lightning attributes apply for players who already have Godspeed. The closed yoyo pass keeps that same lightning note. Buying the open id does not flip the closed id back on sale.
Nen Abilities at 16:56
Direction is Decay, editing is SwiftSprint, and voice acting is Rin. Nen Abilities sits between Boss Showcase at 10:00 and the hunter chapter. That timestamp marks the chapter. Individual abilities are not named under it. Combat Showcase sits later, at 24:11, and Weapons sits at 23:35. Scrub to 16:56 in that film when you want the nen chapter. Other chapters in the same film are Exploration at 1:09, Progression at 1:57, Crafting System Showcase at 5:40, and Boss Fights at 9:32. Credits and a release-date question sit at 28:06. You meet crafting and bosses before the nen chapter, then weapons and combat after the hunter chapter. 16:56 is a bit past the halfway point of the movie, not a short intro sting.
What the 2026 trailer adds
Voice actors in the credits are VkeiVA for the introduction, the mines, adventuring, and the outro, YearnVA for the opening segment, progression, combat, and movement, and VocalVincent for races, lineages, the milestone system, and reputation. The same trailer credits programmers Hasone and Yuyo, animator Wete, 3D by Jac, visual effects by Bash, environment by Rick, graphics and concept by Drey, music by Iuvantes, sound by Polar, and editors Iblamejay and Flay. None of those credits tells you how to earn Unlocked Nen. Play the film from the showcase page. The pass table says whether the yoyos are for sale, and the badge board says whether anyone has Unlocked Nen. Owning the yoyos you can buy still leaves Godspeed for you to earn inside the experience before the lightning applies. The purchase does not grant Godspeed by itself. That split, ability versus weapon, is the concrete nen rule, and it is why both yoyo ids matter even though only 162484248 can be bought. Races, lineages, milestones, and reputation in the trailer are progression talk from VocalVincent. They do not name a nen affinity, a trainer, or a level cap. Music credit Iuvantes and sound credit Polar sit in that same credit roll, and neither credit names a nen technique.
